What is FOX Sports GO?
With FOX Sports GO, you can watch live sports and great shows from FOX Sports. Depending on your TV provider, programs from FOX Sports, FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports 2, your regional FOX Sports Network, FOX College Sports, and FOX Deportes may be available.* No matter where you go, take FOX Sports with you on your Apple, Android, or Windows devicevia the FOX Sports GO app, or access it at FOXSportsGO.com.

*You need to receive these channels in your TV channel line-up in order to watch them in FOX Sports GO. Some channels may not yet be available for every TV provider or on every platform.
How much does FOX Sports GO cost?
The FOX Sports GO application is available at no additional cost for customers of participating TV providers. You must receive each channel as part of your channel line-up to watch programming from that channel. Normal data rates apply.
How do I sign in to FOX Sports GO?
Just select your TV provider. You will be re-directed to your TV provider's site where you can sign in with your TV provider credentials.
Why do I need to sign in?
Access to programming in FOX Sports go requires a pay TV subscription with a participating TV provider. When you log in with your the username and password supplied by your TV provider, we check what programming you receive at home to help us determine the programming you can receive in FOX Sports GO.
What if I don't have my TV provider username and/or password or I forgot them?
If you don't know your TV provider username and password, visit your TV provider's website to register or recover your log-in details. In most cases your TV provider username and password is what you use to manage your account online.
What if my TV provider is not listed or supported?
We're working all the time to add new TV providers. Contact your TV provider and let them know you want FOX Sports GO.
Do I need to sign in in with my TV provider's credentials every time I access live video?
No. As long as you don't sign out, there is no need to re-enter your TV provider credentials each time you use FOX Sports GO. Occasionally, you will be asked to sign in again with your TV provider credentials to verify your TV subscription.
What video content is available with FOX Sports GO?
FOX Sports delivers live games, shows, and event programming from FOX Sports, FOX Sports 1, FOX Sports 2, your regional FOX Sports Network, FOX College Sports, and FOX Deportes.*

Programming includes live coverage of great sports:
  • NFL (web and tablet only)**
  • MLB ON FOX***
  • NBA
  • NASCAR
  • UFC
  • College Football
  • College Basketball
  • UEFA Champions League Soccer
  • Big East Digital Network

And great shows like FOX Sports Live, The Ultimate Fighter, NASCAR Race Hub and America's Pregame.

**Due to league restrictions, NFL games are not available in FOX Sports GO on phones.

I don't see a program in FOX Sports GO that's airing on one of the FOX Sports channels I receive on my TV. Why?
Not all channels are available in FOX Sports GO for subscribers of every TV provider or on every platform. We're working with each TV provider to deliver all of the FOX Sports channels to you as quickly as we can.

Most content shown on FOX Sports channels is available in FOX Sports GO. Some content may be unavailable due to licensing restrictions. We're working with our league partners to provide all the content we can to you—anywhere and at any time.
Can I watch NFL on FOX games?
NFL games broadcast on FOX Sports are available in FOX Sports GO on desktop web and tablets. Due to league restrictions, NFL games are not available in FOX Sports GO on phones.*

Can I watch MLB on FOX games?
MLB games broadcast on FOX Sports and FOX Sports 1 are available in FOX Sports GO.* MLB programming on FOX Sports Regional networks is not available.

Can I watch NBA games on my FOX Sports regional network?
NBA games broadcast on selected FOX Sports regional networks are available in FOX Sports GO.*

Comcast Xfinity doesn't carry FOX Sports 2. Is there any way I can watch?
We understand our fans' desire to be able to watch the great programming on FOX Sports 2 and we appreciate your patience and loyalty to both FOX and Comcast. Please call your local Comcast system for more information, or visit forums.comcast.com for channels and the latest programming updates.
Is FOX Sports GO available without WiFi?
Yes. FOX Sports GO can be accessed from any 3G, 4G LTE or high-speed internet connection. Normal data rates apply. To limit FOX Sports GO to WiFi only, just go to Settings and toggle the switch for "Video Over WiFi Only" to On.
Can I use multiple devices to access FOX Sports GO?
Yes. Sign in to your FOX Sports GO account to load your favorites on each of your devices. Then sign in using your TV provider credentials to access live video. Depending on your TV provider, there may be a limit to the number of devices you can be signed in to at the same time. Please contact your TV provider for further information.
What happens if I switch or add mobile devices?
No problem, just re-download FOX Sports GO to the new device and sign in with your TV provider.
Can live events be paused and replayed?
FOX Sports is committed to providing in-depth coverage and access to all events. Due to contractual obligations, pause, rewind, and fast forward may not be available for all videos.
Can I stream video to Apple TV using AirPlay?
FOX Sports GO is compatible with AirPlay on iOS 5 and later devices. To enable AirPlay, just press the AirPlay button on the video control bar or in the Control Center.
Can I take FOX Sports GO with me overseas?
Sorry. FOX Sports GO video is only accessible in the United States, U.S. Territories, and most United States military installations.
The video doesn't look good. It's freezing, skipping, or just won't play. What can I do?
If you encounter any of these problems here are a few things you can try:

Mobile
  • Disable memory intensive applications.
  • Move to a location with better network connectivity.
  • Close and re-open FOX Sports GO.

Desktop
What platforms is FOX Sports GO available on?
FOX Sports GO is available at FOXSportsGO.com. It's also available for download to most iOS devices, to most Android devices, and to Windows PCs and tablets.

iOS Devices
To access the FOX Sports GO application, download the app to your iPhone, iTouch, or iPad device from the App Store. Requires iOS 5.0 or later.

Android Devices
To access the FOX Sports GO application, download the app to your Android device from the Google Play Store. Requires OS 4.0 or later.


Windows Phone
Works with:
  • Windows Phone 8.1

Windows Phone App Requirements:
  • Identity Device — Provides access to device-specific information such as a unique device ID, or the manufacturer or model name.
  • Location — Provides access to location services.
  • Audio — Provides read-only access to audio items, including lists of audio items and audio item properties such as title and description, in the media library. It also provides the ability to add or delete songs. Delete operations display an additional prompt to the user.
  • Video — Provides read-only access to video items, including lists of video items, and video item properties in the media library.
  • Networking — Provides access to network services. This capability must be disclosed because an app could incur charges when a phone is roaming.
  • Sensors — Provides access to any Windows Phone sensor.
  • Web Browser — Provides access to a web browser component. This capability must be disclosed because an app could use scripting, which introduces security risks.

Windows 8/Tablet
To access the FOX Sports GO application, download the app to your Windows device from the Windows Store.

Then, just sign in with your TV provider username and password — that's all there is to it.
On my PC or Mac, what are the minimum and recommended system requirements for FOX Sports GO?

  • Processor Speed: 1 GHz minimum, 2 GHz recommended
  • Memory: 1 GB minimum, 2 GB recommended
  • Video Memory: 128 MB minimum, 512 MB recommended
  • Screen Resolution: 1024x768 or 1280x720 minimum, 1920x1080 recommended

If your PC system is running Windows 8.1, you can download the app in the WinStore, minimum requirements are:
  • Operating System: 32 or 64 bit version of Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1

Does FOX Sports GO offer closed captioning?
Yes, closed captioning can be accessed on the video player by selecting the "CC" button. The "CC" button can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the video player and can be clicked to either turn closed captions on or off.
I don't see closed captioning for an event or a show. Why?
FOX Sports is only able to provide captions for events and programs that provide it.

  • Type of issue (e.g., garbling, captions cut off at certain times or on certain days, captions missing on certain episode of the programming);
